- Review the height guidelines in the Exhibit Display Rules & Regulations to find the best fit for your exhibit.
- View the online floorplan under the exhibitor menu. The floorplan provides an up-to-date view of available exhibit space, as well as a list of current 2008 exhibitors and their booth locations.
- Indicate booth numbers of your top three choices on the enclosed Exhibit Space Rental Agreement and return it to TCEA along with your payment.
- For booths reserved prior to October 1, 2007, a 50 percent deposit and the signed Exhibit Space Rental Agreement are due to TCEA within 30 days of the reservation date. Final payments are due October 1, 2007.
- Beginning October 1, 2007, 100 percent of payment and the signed Exhibit Space Rental Agreement are required in order to reserve exhibit space.
- Refer to the Contract Terms and Conditions on the reverse side of the Exhibit Space Rental Agreement for a detailed list of policies and procedures.

The booth fee includes:
- Exhibit space
- Standard 8’ backdrape and 3’ side drape in show colors
- 7” x 44” company identification sign
- Three exhibitor badges per each 10’ x 10’ booth
- Listing in the onsite convention program
- Listing on the TCEA web site
Booths do not include carpet or furnishings. These items may be rented from Freeman, the official show decorator, or provided by the exhibitor. All exhibitors are required to provide some type of floor covering for their exhibit space. |
